Basically, this hack lets you run lottery, sweepstakes, and any sort of giveaways, which potentially attract more members to a site (but will drain your pocket). The hack is fully phrased, vBulletin usergroup permission + templates integrated. The administrator can set which usergroups can access/register for each sweepstakes entry, limitting users with XX posts to entry sweepstakes drawing, etc. Administrator have total control of the Sweepstake System. Admin can add/modify sweepstakes entries, set expiration date, modify users' entries, etc.

On member's side, the scripts if the users have all reguired fields (in User Profile) filled out or if the users meet qualification to enter the sweepstakes.
The register link only shows if the users have all the fields filled out or it'll shows the error instead. The users can also register for multiple entries (higher chance to win the sweepstakes drawing) depending on the frequency set by admins.

When it gets to the deadline, the admin can go to Admin CP to pick the winner, then generating PM and sending it to the winner. Note that it'd pick randomly users on the sweepstakes entry.
